✅ Replacement Policy:

  • We offer free replacement for any item that arrives damaged or defective.

  • To claim a replacement, please share unboxing video or photos within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Replacement is only applicable for damage during delivery or manufacturing defects.

❌ Not Covered:

  • Damage after delivery

  • Minor variations due to handmade/custom process
